Scott's Selkirk Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony takes place in the Market Place as "Sir Walter" arrives in a carriage with his descendant, Dame Jean Maxwell Scott and the Provost of Selkirk. Here you can also hear Selkirk's three great bands along with other entertainment.
